A legal firm, Bold Legal Consult PRUC, has issued a strong press statement demanding the immediate retraction of what it describes as false and defamatory statements made against Alpha Hour and its leader, Pastor Elvis Agyemang.

In the statement dated January 15, 2026, the law firm said it is acting on behalf of its clients—Alpha Hour and Pastor Elvis Agyemang, widely known as the “Chief Alpharian”—following the circulation of allegations attributed to Albert Nat Hyde, popularly known as Bongoideas.

According to the lawyers, the disputed statements were published on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, on January 14, 2026. The posts allegedly claimed that Alpha Hour charged an amount of £300,000 for prayers and further suggested that Pastor Elvis Agyemang could not be trusted. Bold Legal Consult insists these claims are entirely untrue, misleading, and unsupported by facts.

The press statement describes the allegations as malicious and defamatory, arguing that they amount to character assassination and were deliberately calculated to damage the reputation and credibility of Alpha Hour and its leadership. The firm further contends that the accompanying video and audio materials used in the posts contradict the written claims made alongside them.

The lawyers also referenced a separate press release issued on January 15, 2026, by the management of gospel musician Esther Smith, which reportedly denied the allegations circulating online. They clarified that Alpha Hour did not charge any fee for prayers and added that the ministry had, in fact, officially contracted Esther Smith and other Christian ministers to participate in the Alpha Hour Convocation held on December 30, 2025.

Bold Legal Consult has therefore called on Albert Nat Hyde to retract the statements immediately, warning that failure to do so could result in further legal action to protect the interests and reputation of their clients.
